Café Pli is the first letter café in France! Our place cozy and warm located at 38 rue du Faubourg du Temple, Paris 11, offers you the possibility to write to your future self: choose your card, seal your envelope and receive your letter in 1 year, 5 years or 20 years.
For its development, Café Pli is looking for its manager.
Your mission:
Operational and administrative management of the space
- Placing and receiving orders (food, drinks, supplies)
- Inventory management
- Schedule management
- Management of priorities and organization of on-site team missions
- Place and space management
Reception and customer service
- Order taking and service
- Preparation of drinks and snacks
- Cashing in
- Advice and customer relations
- Dispute management
Profile sought:
- Excellent customer relations
- Experience in customer service and team/project management
- Dynamic & smiling
Permanent position 35 hours/week, Paris 11
